3D Cars Studio is a product of Horizon Tech Ventures, LLC, a California company. If you have any question about your data or this policy, email us at hello@horizontechventure.com.
What we collect
This site has no sign-up, no account, and no forms. That leaves two things:
- What you send us. If you email us or book a call through our calendar link, we get your name, your email, and whatever you tell us about your shop and what you're trying to build.
- Analytics. Standard, privacy-light analytics through Vercel Web Analytics: a rough location derived from your IP address, and the pages you visit on this site.
How we use it
Only for the reasons you'd expect:
- To reply to you and answer what you asked.
- To schedule the call you booked.
- To understand which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run ad targeting. Ever.
Who processes your data
We keep the stack small. A few trusted services handle data on our behalf:
- Google · Workspace email and Calendar booking.
- Vercel · hosting and web analytics.
Your rights, retention, and deletion
Email hello@horizontechventure.com to see or delete what we hold about you, and we'll take care of it. We honor California privacy rights under the CCPA and CPRA, and we extend those same rights to everyone who contacts us, not just Californians.
Cookies
We use analytics only. We don't run any tracking pixels of our own.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and move the effective date. Questions are always welcome at hello@horizontechventure.com.
