Tint visualizer pricing for shops: own it, or pay monthly.
3D Cars Studio is sold two ways: a one-time lifetime license with no monthly fee, or a one-time activation plus a flat monthly plan, with no per-lead fee on either. It is for tint and PPF shops that want a 3D visualizer on their own website and a touchscreen at the counter, and we quote the number on a 20-minute call after you see it on your own vehicles.
How is 3D Cars Studio priced?
Two ways to pay for the same studio. The build, the touchscreen and the website embed are identical on both.
One-time lifetime license
One payment. The studio is licensed to your shop for good. No monthly fee after it, and no per-lead charge. Most shops take this one.
Monthly plan
A one-time activation, then a flat monthly fee. Lower cost upfront. Same build, same touchscreen, same embed on your website, and no per-lead charge here either. Cancel any time.
What do both options include?
Both options get the whole studio.
Built in your brand
Your logo and your look on the studio. No vendor logo. Customers see your shop, not ours.
Your films, your vehicles
Your film lineup, plus the vehicles your customers drive. More vehicles can be added later.
A touchscreen for the lobby
On a rolling stand, preloaded, with an attract screen and an idle reset. Included on both options.
On your website
One line to embed, or static files hosted on your own domain. WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow or custom.
Why is the number quoted on a call, not listed here?
Because no two builds are the same. A self-serve widget can list one price because every shop gets the same product. 3D Cars Studio is built for your shop, and three things set the number.
The vehicles
The public demo runs a Tesla Model Y (2025), a Tesla Model 3 (2025) and a Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Your build adds the vehicles your customers actually drive.
The film lineup
Your studio shows the films you sell. On the tint side that means per-window shades across seven film stops from 70% down to 5%, plus factory glass, with a clear-glass toggle so customers compare films fairly. If you do color PPF, the studio carries 18 films in gloss and satin, plus clear and stealth. See the window tint visualizer and the color PPF visualizer for what each side does.
The brand work
Your logo, your colors and your look, on your website and on the touchscreen. No vendor logo anywhere.
And there is a simpler reason. You should see it working before you hear a number. On the call we show the studio running on vehicles you work on every week, then quote both options. It takes 20 minutes.
Is there a per-lead fee?
No. Neither option charges per lead. Every quote request a customer sends from the studio goes straight to your inbox. Not to a platform, not to a film brand, not to a dealer locator.
A per-lead fee means your best month is also your most expensive month. With a lifetime license there is nothing more to pay. With the monthly plan the fee is flat, whether ten customers ask for a quote or two hundred.
The touchscreen is part of the build.
Every build ships with a touchscreen on a rolling stand, preloaded with your studio. It shows an attract screen when nobody is using it and resets itself when a customer walks away.
The same studio runs on your website, so a customer who starts at your counter can pick it up again at home.
How does this compare with monthly visualizer subscriptions?
Most tint and wrap visualizers sold to shops are subscriptions with a published price. Here is what they list on their own sites.
| Product | What it is | Published price | How you pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| DreamRide AI | Embeddable AI visualizer for tint, color PPF and wrap | Shop Plan $149 a month. Enterprise is custom. | Monthly subscription |
| Rova Tint | Embeddable 3D window tint simulator | Starter $45 a month billed yearly ($539) or $49 monthly. Pro $91 a month billed yearly ($1,089) or $99 monthly. | Yearly or monthly subscription |
| TintSim | Tint preview on a photo of the customer's car, embeddable | $20 a month | Monthly subscription |
| Urable | Shop management software that also offers a 3D visualizer | Plans at $70, $110 and $183 a month. The visualizer has no separate price on the pricing page. | Monthly or yearly subscription |
| WrapMyRide AI | AI wrap visualizer for wrap shops | No price found on its site | Not published |
| 3D Cars Studio | 3D tint and color PPF studio built for your shop, plus a lobby touchscreen | Quoted on a 20-minute call | One-time lifetime license, or one-time activation plus a flat monthly plan |

A subscription is a fair way to sell a self-serve widget. You sign up, paste it in, and keep paying for as long as you keep it.
3D Cars Studio is a different purchase. It is a studio built for your shop, in your brand, with a touchscreen for your lobby. That is why one of the two options is a license you pay for once and keep. If you would rather spread the cost, the monthly plan is there too.

Lifetime license or monthly plan: which one fits my shop?
- Take the lifetime license if you would rather pay once and be done. No monthly fee after it.
- Take the monthly plan if you want a lower cost upfront. You pay a one-time activation, then a flat fee each month, and you can cancel any time.
Not sure yet? That is what the call is for. We quote both options on the same call so you can put them side by side.
Launch offer
The website upgrade is free for the first 50 shops that book. Once you sign off on the look, your studio is live in 24 to 48 hours.

Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
You see it working before you commit to anything. The live demo on this site runs three vehicles with no login. On the 20-minute call we show the studio on the vehicles your customers drive, then quote. Nothing goes live until you sign off on the look.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
You can cancel the monthly plan any time. We go through what happens to the studio on your website and the touchscreen after you cancel on the call, before you sign anything, so there are no surprises later.
Can I switch from the monthly plan to the lifetime license?
Ask us on the call. If you think you might want to own it outright later, say so up front, and we will lay out how a switch would work for your build before you pick an option.
Is the touchscreen extra?
No. Every build includes a touchscreen on a rolling stand, preloaded with your studio, on either option. It shows an attract screen when nobody is using it and resets itself when a customer walks away.
Is there a setup fee on the lifetime license?
No separate setup fee. The lifetime license is one payment, and it covers the build in your brand, your film lineup, your customers' vehicles, the touchscreen and the website embed.
Do you charge per lead?
No. Neither option has a per-lead fee. Every quote request goes straight to your inbox, not to a platform or a film brand.
